During the ordering process, you can choose to have us deliver your order.

We strongly advise you to do this:

1. We arrange reliable transport with specially selected transporters.
2. Your order is fully ensured during the transport. You take no risks.
3. We guarantee delivery within the given delivery time.

Per country the freight costs are fixed and do not depend on the size of your order.

Unloading

Unloading is not included
You need to unload with a forklift (min. 1000 kg lifting capacity).
Be aware: Unloading must (in principal) take place from the side of the truck.

Unmentioned countries

Upon request, we can let you know the freight costs for the unmentioned countries.
We advise you to contact us about this before ordering.
For the unmentioned countries, experience teaches us that it is cheaper to (have someone) pick up your order locally at our premises (ex-works).

Local pickup (ex-works)

During the ordering process, you can choose to pick up the delivery yourself.

1. Freight costs will not be calculated.
2. You will receive a message beforehand to let you know that your order is ready for pick up.
3. The order is ready to be picked up no later than the end of the specified (maximum) delivery time.

Local pick up is usually more expensive:

1. The freight costs are a contribution to the costs and oftentimes do not cover all costs.
2. Your order usually has long, non-standard packaging dimensions.
3. Piling up packets is not possible.
