1. Are the delivery costs included?

No, each country has its own set, low freight costs. You pay this one time per order.
Local pick up (ex-works) is also possible, then we do not calculate freight costs.


2. When will I receive my order?

We guarantee a short delivery time per country.

The start of this delivery time depends on the payment method:
With payment in advance delivery time starts once we have received your payment.
With payment on account delivery time starts at the moment of ordering.

3. Can it be quicker?

Yes, that is often possible. Please contact us to ask about the possibilities.

4. Will my boxes and bins fit on the roller conveyor?

We are happy to advise you on this.
Send us your dimensions (HxWxD), the weight and possibly also a picture of your box or bin.
Or send us a box or bin! Then we can test it on our roller conveyors.
And a short description of your business process helps us to give you good advice.

5. Are the plastic rollers always blue?

Yes, we always deliver plastic rollers in the colour blue.

6. Does Rollerconveyorshop.com also deliver roller conveyors with steel rollers?

Our roller conveyors are delivered with standard plastic rollers.
In that way, the roller conveyor stays low-priced. It is effective in 80% of the cases.

Steel rollers are possible, but they are a lot more expensive and have a longer delivery time.
Please contact us with your requests and we will be happy to inform you of the possibilities.
If desired, we can then make a quotation for you.

7. Where should I go if I want roller conveyors in other sizes?

Because of a limited assortment, we are able to produce low-priced high quality roller conveyors.
Here as well, we want to please you. Please contact us and we will be happy to help you out.

8. Is it mandatory to order through the web store?

No, you may order as you wish (mail, fax, telephone, etc.).

Tip: We are happy to start off with a quotation.

9. Is there another payment method?

Yes, we are happy to have you as our customer so we want to suit your needs.

10. Can I return my order?

Selected TEST FIRST products are meant to be “tried out” first and can be sent back.
Look for the TEST FIRST label to identify these products.

In other cases, never return any products.
For complaints or other problems, please contact us first.
We will provide a quick and suitable solution.

We guarantee a maximum delivery time. See delivery time.
